We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Specialist to manage all aspects of payroll processing and ensure timely, accurate, and compliant salary disbursements. The ideal candidate will have strong numerical skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of payroll laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process monthly payroll accurately and on time, including salaries, bonuses, deductions, and statutory contributions.
  • Maintain and update payroll records, including employee personal information, salary revisions, and exit settlements.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
  • Submit monthly Schedule C in accordance with NBR guidelines, ensuring timely and accurate filing.
  • Prepare annual income tax return reports to comply with Section 108 (Schedule F) and submit them to the relevant tax authority.
  • Prepare and reconcile payroll reports and annual payroll budgets in coordination with Finance & Accounts.
  • Respond to employee payroll queries and coordinate with HR and Finance on salary adjustments and benefits.
  • Lead payroll audits and provide necessary documentation as required.
  • Continuously review and improve payroll processes, including implementing automation solutions for efficiency and accuracy.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist, Payroll Officer, or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processing, statutory regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Hands-on experience with advanced MS Excel and payroll automation solutions.
  • Familiarity with local labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory submissions (including Schedule C and Schedule F filings).
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across HR, Finance, and other teams.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain professional integrity.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capability for payroll-related queries and process improvements.
