We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Senior Executive / Assistant Manager – Content who will be responsible for developing, planning, and executing high-quality content across multiple brands and markets. The ideal candidate must have excellent command over both English and Bangla, with the ability to write engaging, brand-aligned copy for digital and offline platforms. The role is based in Bangladesh but involves working on brands operating in Saudi Arabia (KSA), Qatar, and the UAE, ensuring market-specific tone and messaging.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and execute monthly content plans aligned with marketing campaigns and brand objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create localized and market-relevant content for KSA, Qatar, UAE, and Bangladesh.
- Brainstorm and coordinate with the design, social media, and brand teams to deliver cohesive storytelling.
Content Creation:
- Write compelling copy for social media, websites, blogs, press releases, and marketing materials.
- Craft catchy and culturally appropriate captions in both English and Bangla.
- Proofread, edit, and ensure brand tone consistency across all materials and markets.
Campaign Support:
- Collaborate with creative and digital teams to develop campaign ideas, scripts, and ad copy.
- Ensure timely delivery of content aligned with multi-country campaign timelines.
Language & Quality Control:
- Maintain a high standard of grammar, tone, and clarity in both English and Bangla.
- Translate and adapt content for different regional audiences while maintaining brand identity.
Performance & Improvement:
- Monitor and analyze content performance metrics.
- Stay updated with content trends, cultural nuances, and storytelling approaches across different markets.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in content creation, copywriting, or brand communications.
- Strong writing and editing skills in both English and Bangla. Arabic is a bonus.
- Ability to adapt content for multiple brands and markets (KSA, Qatar, UAE, Bangladesh).
- Creative mindset with strong attention to cultural context and audience tone.
- Good understanding of social media trends, brand positioning, and content optimization.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment.
Preferred:
- Experience working in a regional marketing or brand communications role.
- Familiarity with content planning tools, SEO basics, and social media analytics.
