Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct fieldwork to engage bus operators and owners through district associations and direct outreach.
  • Meet potential operators interested in digitizing bus services and ticketing.
  • Identify clients and industry contacts through market research and networking.
  • Present and explain the benefits of our digital platform to prospects.
  • Lead consultative sales discussions to build trust and secure interest.
  • Onboard new operators and manage accurate operator information.
  • Generate leads via cold calling, networking, events, and referrals.
  • Close deals within deadlines and achieve monthly/yearly targets.
  • Drive sales performance and contribute to revenue growth.

 

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in field sales, B2B sales, or business development (transport industry experience is an advantage).

 

Additional Requirements:

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Adaptability to work in changing environments based on organisational needs.
  • Basic computer skills, including Google Sheets, email communication, and MS Excel reporting.
  • Strong lead generation and pipeline management capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently and travel across the Chattogram region as required.
