Junior Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Performing activities for the acquisition, activation, and retention of the drivers 
• Handling activities for drivers to increase the supply rate in the Chattogram & Sylhet divisions.
• Acquire and train new drivers.
• Maintain an offline meeting with the drivers
• Working with business development and managing operations
• Serve the queries from B2B partners 
• Serve the queries from agent's point partners
• New client on board for new  B2B sales growth.
• Onboard vendor for B2B Requirements 
• others work as per the line manager & management instruction 

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in field sales, B2B sales, or business development (transport industry experience is an advantage).

Additional Requirements:

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Adaptability to work in changing environments based on organisational needs.
• Basic computer skills, including Google Sheets, email communication, and MS Excel reporting.
• Strong lead generation and pipeline management capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and travel across the Chattogram region as required.
