Job Responsibilities
* Acquire new B2B clients, including bus operators, owner associations, and transport
companies, through targeted market research, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
* Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase company services,
features, and benefits.
* Negotiate and close business deals, ensuring achievement of monthly and quarterly sales
targets.
* Manage revenue collection from assigned clients, prepare ROI analyses, and develop
revenue projections.
* Collaborate closely with the Revenue, Inventory, and Dispatch teams to ensure smooth
onboarding and service delivery.
* Maintain regular communication and follow-up with the Operations team to ensure client
satisfaction and resolve operational issues.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships through periodic visits, calls, and follow-ups.
* Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts in line with company policies.
* Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new
opportunities.
* Provide timely feedback to management on client needs, product improvements, and
market demands.
* Perform any other duties assigned by the line manager to support business growth and
operational excellence.
Education & Experience:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant fields.
* Minimum 1 year of proven experience in the Transportation industry.
