Role Overview

We are looking for a highly driven and creative Senior Executive — Content to lead end-to-end content strategy and execution across multiple brands operating in multiple international markets.

This role requires a strong content thinker and executor who can take full ownership of content planning, development, and execution, ensuring consistency in brand voice, storytelling, and performance across all platforms.

The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on — capable of translating business goals into impactful content while managing timelines, stakeholders, and creative outputs from concept to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies aligned with brand and business objectives.
  • Plan monthly and quarterly content calendars across multiple brands and countries.
  • Adapt content strategies based on market, audience behavior, and platform trends.
  • Ensure brand consistency while tailoring messaging for different regions and audiences.

Content Ownership & Execution

  • Take full ownership of all content-related activities from ideation to final execution.
  • Oversee creation of social media content, campaigns, digital assets, website content, and marketing communications.
  • Manage the entire content lifecycle: briefing → creation → review → optimization → publishing.
  • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality content across platforms.

Multi-Brand & Multi-Market Management

  • Manage content requirements for multiple brands simultaneously.
  • Localize messaging for different markets while maintaining unified brand positioning.
  • Collaborate with regional teams and stakeholders to align communication objectives.

Creative Direction & Quality Control

  • Provide creative direction to designers and videographers
  • Maintain brand tone, visual consistency, and storytelling standards.
  • Review and approve content before publishing to ensure quality and accuracy.

Campaign Support

  • Lead content execution for product launches, campaigns, partnerships, and seasonal activations.
  • Develop storytelling frameworks that drive engagement, awareness, and conversion.

Performance & Optimization

  • Monitor content performance using analytics tools.
  • Optimize content strategies based on insights, engagement data, and KPIs.
  • Identify opportunities for growth, experimentation, and innovation.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Marketing, Performance, Product, Partnerships, and Sales teams.
    Translate business priorities into compelling content narratives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in content marketing, brand marketing, or digital communications.
  • Experience managing content for multiple brands or markets is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing, and content trends.
  • Excellent writing, storytelling, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and ownership mindset.
  • Experience working with designers and creative teams.
