About the Role
We are looking for a driven and client-focused Executive, Sales – Rental to join our growing team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our business development efforts, responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients through corporate visits, networking, cold calls, emails, and referrals. You will build and nurture long-term relationships with clients — not just through the sales process, but well beyond the closing of a deal — ensuring continued satisfaction and unlocking future opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Finding potential customers through corporate visits, research, networking, cold calls, emails, or referrals.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Managing relationships with clients even after completing the deal.
- Explaining the features, benefits, and value of your product or service in a way that matches the customers need.
- Handling pricing discussions, overcoming objections, and finalizing agreements to convert prospects into paying customers.
- Understanding market trends, customer preferences, and what competitors are doing to stay competitive.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction even after the deal is closed. This helps with retention and future sales opportunities.
- Working with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Preferred background Business Administration (BBA/MBA) –Marketing or Management.
- Preferred one or two years of experience on related field.
- Should have basic knowledge about Microsoft office (word, excel), Google sheets.
- Must be very smart and punctual towards meetings.
- Strong communication skills, Negotiation Ability, Critical Thinking.
- Should have good presentation skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Ability to present complex data in a clear, concise, and visually accessible manner.
