About the Role

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Senior Executive – Enterprise Sales to spearhead our B2B growth efforts in the transport and mobility sector. In this role, you will take full ownership of the sales cycle — from identifying and prospecting bus operators, owner associations, and transport companies, to negotiating contracts and closing deals that meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

 Key Responsibilities

  • Lead acquisition of new B2B clients including bus operators, owner associations, and transport companies through strategic outreach and networking.
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring achievement of monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrate service value propositions to potential partners.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts in alignment with company policies.
  • Manage assigned client portfolios, ensure timely revenue collection, and prepare ROI analysis and projections.
  • Coordinate with Revenue, Inventory, Dispatch, and Operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups, visits, and strategic engagement.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding client needs and product improvements.

 Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry.
  • Proven ability in client acquisition, negotiation, and account management.
