Executive- Operations

About the Role

The Operations Executive will be responsible for supporting day-to-day operational activities and ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams, vendors, suppliers, and clients. The candidate should be organized, responsible, quick to learn, and capable of handling multiple operational tasks efficiently.

 Key Responsibilities

• Assist in daily operational coordination and service arrangements.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, drivers, clients, and internal teams.
• Follow up on bookings, confirmations, and assigned operational tasks.
• Monitor ongoing services and report any issues to the reporting manager.
• Maintain proper documentation of operational activities.
• Handle communication through email, phone calls, and messaging platforms.
• Support the team during urgent operational requirements or changes.
• Ensure company procedures and service standards are followed.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by management.

 Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Management, Hospitality, Tourism, Logistics, or any related field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Intermediate / mid-level English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Ability to write clear professional emails and communicate with vendors, clients, and internal teams.
• Mid to advanced computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office, email, and Google Workspace, usage of AI.
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Good attention to detail.
• Problem-solving mindset.
• Willing to work flexible hours when required.
