Executive

 About the Role

The Executive – Operations will be responsible for supporting day-to-day operational activities, ensuring smooth coordination supervisors, and operational staff. The role includes providing operational support, resolving real-time issues, monitoring workflows, and maintaining documents and invoices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process billing documents, invoices, and related operational reports.
• Conduct timely follow-ups with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of operations.
• Draft, prepare, and maintain agreements, contracts, and other operational documentation.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support day-to-day operational activities.
• Maintain operational trackers and ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare periodic reports and provide updates to management as required.
• Support the team in resolving operational issues and ensuring service continuity.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, including reporting and data management.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work under deadlines and follow up proactively with different stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience or educational background in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, or Operations will be considered an added advantage and will provide candidates with additional leverage during the selection process.
• Previous experience in a similar operational role will be preferred.
