About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Operations Executive to support and streamline our day-to-day transportation operations. In this role, you will serve as a key point of coordination between field teams, operational staff, and internal stakeholders, ensuring smooth service delivery and prompt resolution of operational challenges. The position requires strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a willingness to provide hands-on support through field coordination, remote troubleshooting, and operational monitoring.

 Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure device readiness, checking, and operational support for field activities.
  • Provide field-level, over-the-phone, and video call support to operational teams.
  • Coordinate and communicate regularly with ship supervisors, counter staff, and operational personnel.
  • Troubleshoot operational issues and provide immediate solutions whenever required.
  • Support onboarding and training activities for new companies and operational staff.
  • Manage ID creation for new companies, supervisors, countermen, and deck personnel.
  • Oversee day-to-day operational workflows and ensure timely task completion.
  • Maintain operational records, prepare reports, and monitor key performance metrics.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Handle customer complaints, escalations, and urgent operational challenges professionally.
  • Assist management with operational updates, workflow monitoring, and scaling initiatives.

 Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any relevant discipline.
  • 1–2 years of experience in operations, field support, customer service, or related roles.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage operational challenges under pressure and provide timely support.
  • Basic technical understanding and willingness to learn operational panels and systems.
