Junior Officer

About the Role

The position requires strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a willingness to provide hands-on support through field coordination, remote troubleshooting, and operational monitoring.
This role is critical for maintaining smooth inventory operations, device tracking, and inter-departmental coordination.

 Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory, including POS devices, accessories, and related assets.
• Monitor stock levels regularly and ensure timely availability of required inventory items.
• Coordinate with operations, pilot, and logistics teams for device issuance, returns, and replacements.
• Track incoming and outgoing inventory and update records regularly.
• Prepare periodic inventory reports and support stock reconciliation activities.
• Ensure proper storage, tagging, and handling of all inventory items.
• Identify discrepancies and assist in inventory audits when required.

 Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any relevant discipline.
• 0–6 months of experience in related fields.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage operational challenges under pressure and provide timely support.
• Basic technical understanding and willingness to learn operational panels and systems.
